About MDM Scheme:-
MDM(Mid Day Meal) is a scheme to provide healthy food to the students studying in Government schools of India class 1st to 8th. This scheme was started on 15th august 1995 in 2408 blocks in India. Now it is going on in all over the country. The main motive of start this scheme was to enhance enrollment, attendance and to improve nutritional level among children.
